Disclosure
Because I love to dot my i’s and cross my t’s, I’m including a disclosure policy just in case I ever get offered free stuff based on this blog.

Due to regulations by the FTC (see details here), any product reviews or situations for which you receive payment for writing about something is considered advertising and must have disclosure for readers – even if it’s your own personal blog.

I review things here and plan to continue. This is partially due to me wanting to save you the hours of research and time I’ve spent in a lot of instances, and partially because there really are some products I just love and want to share with you guys.
However, some products I love I also receive compensation from – like LuLaRoe. I only advertise the brand here and you know you can shop from me via the facebook group, but you are at least aware of my connection there.

So here’s a disclosure policy formally written up to let you know my policies in case of the following scenarios:

-
Free Items: If I’m given free stuff to provide a review, I will try the free item and give a completely honest and un-biased review. I will also notify you in the post if any of the items were free.
-
Clicks/Paid Advertising: In some blog posts, I will link to the items I’m discussing (even if it’s not a paid review). These could be paid links, in many cases they are not. It doesn’t change things for you as the user at all, but at least be aware.
If you have any questions at all, please shoot me an email from the contact page!
Thanks,
Rachael
